Located within the modern Poziom 511 Wellness Hotel & SPA, the restaurant is a perfect blend of contemporary design and regional character.

We source smoked trout and Jurassic sturgeon from Mr. Jan Grzanka from Cieślin, our favorite herb - thyme, we collect ourselves from nearby meadows and rocks, then extensively use it in our kitchen. You can find it in the Macierzanka cocktail, in the snails from Sakowski, and in some desserts. The jam made from local blueberries - cranberries was created based on the founder's family recipe.
