The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability, and stay on the premises of the Hotel and constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded by signing the registration card, making a reservation, or paying a deposit or the full amount for the stay. By performing the above actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the terms and conditions of the Regulations.
The Regulations apply to all Guests staying at Poziom 511 Hotel.
The Regulations are available for inspection at the Hotel Reception and on the Hotel website: www.poziom511.pl.
§2
Hotel rooms are rented per night. The hotel day lasts from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the following day.
If the Guest does not specify the length of stay when renting the room, it is assumed to be one night.
The basis for check-in is the presentation of an identity document with a photo and signing the registration card at the Reception. Any request to extend the stay beyond the period indicated upon arrival should be reported to the Reception by 10:00 on the day of departure. The Hotel will accommodate such requests depending on availability.
The Guest is required to pay for the room according to the current price list available at the Reception.
During check-in, Poziom 511 reserves the right to pre-authorise a credit card, take a cash deposit equal to the total stay amount, or require full prepayment.
For prepaid reservations, a credit card is required as a guarantee for any additional charges. The card will be authorised for PLN 200 for possible additional services. After departure, the authorisation will be released.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse extension of stay if the Guest has not paid in full for the current stay.
The Guest has the right to use luggage storage immediately before check-in and after check-out. The storage period cannot exceed one day and is free of charge.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse storage of valuable items, large amounts of cash, dangerous items, and oversized objects that cannot be safely stored.
§3
The hotel room may not be transferred to other persons, including during the rental period.
Non-registered persons may stay in the Guest’s room upon request between 07:00 and 22:00.
The Hotel may refuse accommodation to a Guest who previously grossly violated the Regulations, caused damage to property or persons, or disturbed peace within the Hotel. Such a person is obliged to comply immediately with Hotel requests, settle all outstanding payments, pay for damages, and leave the Hotel.

Guests are requested to leave valuables, especially money, passports, tickets, electronic and photographic equipment, in the free safe deposit box at Reception.
The Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value if they have not been deposited at Reception.

Quiet hours apply in the Hotel from 22:00 to 07:00.
Guest behaviour must not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests. The Hotel may refuse further service to persons violating this rule.
§6 Guest liability
Children under 12 must remain under constant supervision of legal guardians, who are responsible for any damage caused by them.
The Guest is fully financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or accompanying persons. The Hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest’s credit card or issue an invoice for damages after departure.
For safety reasons, Guests must turn off the TV, lights, water taps, and lock the door when leaving the room. It is forbidden to use electrical devices not belonging to room equipment. Firearms, explosives, flammable and hazardous materials are prohibited. An iron may be borrowed or ironing services ordered at Reception.
The Hotel has a statutory lien on items brought into the Hotel in case of unpaid bills.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms, restaurants, and corridors. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
§7
For safety reasons, Guests must ensure the door is properly closed when leaving the room.
Upon departure, Guests must return the room key card to Reception.
Key cards are issued upon presentation of a valid hotel card or identity document. The Hotel is liable for loss or damage of guest belongings within the limits of civil law provisions.
§8
Any problems, defects, or inconveniences should be reported immediately to the Hotel staff.
The Hotel is not responsible for disruptions caused by force majeure or unforeseen events.
The Hotel is liable for loss or damage of valuables only if they were deposited in the hotel safe. The Hotel is not responsible for damage or loss of vehicles, items left in vehicles, or animals, regardless of parking location.
§9
Personal items left in the room will be registered as lost property. They may be returned at the Guest’s expense upon request. If no instruction is given, items will be stored for three months and then donated or destroyed. Food products will not be stored.

SPA treatments may be cancelled free of charge one day before the scheduled visit. Failure to cancel or late cancellation results in a charge of 50% of the treatment price.
§11 Complaints
Guests have the right to submit complaints regarding service quality.
Complaints are handled by Reception.
Complaints must be submitted immediately after noticing issues or the right to claim may be lost.
§12 Additional provisions
Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Owners must ensure safety and cleanliness and are responsible for any damage caused by animals.
Children under 4 sharing a bed with parents stay free of charge; extra beds are charged according to the price list.
Guests consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with data protection regulations for the purpose of hotel services.
Commercial activities and unsolicited sales are prohibited.
Excessive noise, unpleasant odours, or any disturbing behaviour is prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire hotel, including rooms. A penalty of PLN 2000 applies for deodorisation if the rule is violated.
Guests are not allowed to modify rooms or equipment.
The Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage of guest belongings except where required by law.
The Hotel reserves the right to verify identity and relations between adults and children in accordance with child protection regulations.
