Wine is an inseparable part of Poziom 511. The Białe Skały Vineyard originates on the hotel grounds, taking its name from the surrounding limestone rock formations.
Water comes from an underground lake located beneath the hotel hill, while the most important element – the sun – regularly graces the Jura region.
Both the hotel and the vineyard share the same founder, Andrzej Wuczyński. Wines from Białe Skały have been available for sale since 2022.
Today, the vineyard covers 5 hectares across several locations and produces a range of wines using natural methods, offering over a dozen different varieties.
Wine tasting at Białe Skały Vineyard
From Monday to Saturday at 17:00, we invite our guests to the Wine Bar or Restaurant 511 for a tasting of wines from the Białe Skały Vineyard. Taste wines from the vineyard you can see and purchase them at attractive prices at the hotel reception.
