If you would like to order any of our dishes to your room, please contact the restaurant at extension 200. You can order any item from the menu to your room. The room service fee is PLN 20.

The magnetic key card is issued to guests upon presentation of an identity document. The hotel is liable for loss of or damage to items brought in by persons using its services, within the scope defined by the provisions of the Civil Code. When leaving the hotel, both during the stay and upon check-out, the magnetic room key must be returned to the receptionist.

We offer our guests a minibar equipped with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as snacks. Please note that consumption of these products is subject to an additional charge. The applicable price list can be found by scanning the QR code placed on the refrigerator door and in a printed version in the room.
We kindly ask you to indicate in the form all minibar products used during your stay. Before check-out, please complete the form by providing your room number. Thank you!

Children under 4 years of age sleeping in their parents’ bed stay at the hotel free of charge. For children of all ages sleeping on an extra bed, an additional fee applies according to the price list available at the hotel reception.
It is also possible to rent a travel cot for children under 4 years of age.

Wi-Fi access for all hotel guests is free of charge. The network requires login. The password is available on the key pocket attached to the magnetic key cards.

We offer our guests an additional paid laundry and ironing service. The service should be ordered as follows:
Please select the appropriate fields in the form\* indicating the number of clothing items you wish to have laundered, and provide your room number. Clothes intended for laundry should be placed in the Wash & Wear bag available in the hotel room. The price list for the service is printed on the laundry bag.

A wake-up call service is available. To request a wake-up call, please contact Reception at extension 000 and provide your desired wake-up time.

Valuables, in particular money, passports, tickets, electronic and optical-photographic equipment, should be left in the free deposit safe at the hotel.The hotel is not liable for loss of or damage to money, securities, valuables, other items and objects of value, or items of scientific or artistic value, if they have not been deposited at the reception safe. The hotel reserves the right to refuse acceptance into the hotel deposit of items of high value, large amounts of cash, items that may pose a safety risk, and oversized items that cannot be stored in the deposit.

Spa treatment reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled visit. Failure to cancel an appointment or cancellation after this time will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price.

#§1 Subject of the Regulations
n.These Regulations define the rules for providing services, liability, and staying on the hotel premises, and constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded by signing the registration card, making a reservation, or paying a deposit or the full amount for the stay. By performing any of the above actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the terms of the Regulations.
n.These Regulations apply to all Guests staying at Poziom 511 Hotel.
n.The Regulations are available for inspection at the Hotel Reception and on the Hotel website [www.poziom511.pl](http:\/\/www.poziom511.pl\/)
#§2
n.Hotel rooms are rented per night. The hotel day runs from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the following day.
n.If the Guest does not specify the length of stay when booking a room, it is assumed to be one night.
n.Check-in is based on presenting an identity document with a photo and signing the registration card. Requests to extend the stay beyond the originally specified period should be reported at Reception by 10:00 on the day the room rental ends. The hotel will accommodate such requests where possible.
n.The Guest shall pay for the room rental according to the current price list available at Reception.
n.The Hotel reserves the right to refuse an extension of stay if the Guest has not paid in full for the current stay.
n.Guests may store luggage before check-in and after check-out. The storage period may not exceed one day and is free of charge.
n.The Hotel reserves the right to refuse acceptance into the deposit of high-value items, large amounts of cash, dangerous items, or oversized items that cannot be stored securely.

n.Guests may not transfer their room to other persons during the stay.
n.Non-registered persons may stay in a Guest’s room at their request between 07:00 and 22:00.
n.The Hotel may refuse service to a Guest who previously grossly violated the Regulations, caused damage, or disturbed order. Such a person must settle outstanding payments, cover damages, and leave the Hotel immediately.

n.Valuable items, in particular money, passports, tickets, electronic and optical-photographic equipment, should be placed in the free hotel safe deposit.
n.The Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage of valuables unless they were deposited at Reception.
#§5
n.Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 07:00.
n.Guest behaviour must not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests. The Hotel may refuse further service to anyone violating this rule.
#§6 Guest liability
n.Children under 12 must remain under constant supervision of guardians, who are financially responsible for any damage caused.
n.Guests are fully liable for any damage caused by themselves or their visitors. The Hotel may charge the Guest’s credit card or issue an invoice after departure.
n.For safety reasons, Guests must switch off TVs, lights, taps, and lock doors when leaving the room. Fire safety prohibits the use of heaters, irons, or other non-room appliances. Weapons, ammunition, flammable, explosive, or pyrotechnic materials are not allowed. Ironing services are available at Reception.
n.The Hotel has a statutory lien on Guest belongings in case of unpaid charges.
n.Smoking is prohibited in rooms, restaurant, and corridors. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

n.Guests must ensure room doors are properly closed when leaving.
n.Magnetic room keys must be returned to Reception upon departure or during the stay when leaving the hotel.
n.Keys are issued upon presentation of an ID or hotel card. The Hotel’s liability for guest belongings is governed by the Civil Code.
#§8
n.Any issues or defects should be reported immediately to Hotel staff.
n.The Hotel is not responsible for force majeure events.
n.The Hotel is liable for valuables only if deposited in the safe. It is not responsible for vehicles, items left in them, or animals, regardless of parking location.
#§9
n.Personal items left in rooms will be recorded as lost property. They may be sent at the Guest’s expense upon request. Otherwise, they will be stored for 3 months and then donated or destroyed. Food items are not stored.
#§10 SPA bookings
n.SPA treatments may be cancelled free of charge up to one day before the appointment. Late cancellation or no-show results in a 50% charge.
#§11 Complaints
n.Guests have the right to file complaints regarding service quality.
n.Complaints should be submitted to Reception immediately after noticing an issue.
n.Late complaints may result in loss of the right to claim compensation.
#§12 Additional provisions
n.Pets are accepted for an additional fee. Owners must ensure animals do not pose a threat and must clean up after them. Owners are responsible for all damage caused by pets.
n.Children under 4 sleeping with parents stay free of charge; extra beds are subject to an additional fee.
n.Guests consent to personal data processing under applicable data protection laws for service purposes.
n.Soliciting and door-to-door sales are prohibited.
n.Excessive noise, unpleasant odours, or disruptive behaviour is not allowed.
n.Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. Violation may result in a 2000 PLN cleaning fee.
n.Guests may not modify rooms or equipment.
n.The Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage of belongings unless caused by the Hotel’s fault. All valuables should be stored in room safes. Personal data processing is carried out under RODO\/GDPR regulations as described.

The hotel day runs from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the following day.
Quiet hours are observed in the hotel from 22:00 to 07:00.

The monitored hotel parking is paid, with a fee of PLN 30 per day. For our guests, we also provide access to the “Castle” parking lot located below the hotel entrance at a rate of PLN 10 per day.

The hotel accepts the presence of pets. Pets may stay on the hotel premises for an additional fee. However, the pet owner is required to keep the animal in a manner that does not pose a threat to other guests or staff.Guests are obliged to remove any waste left by their pet within the hotel area. The pet owner is responsible for any damage or contamination caused by their animal and is required to cover the costs of such damage.All damage to the property of Poziom 511 Jura Wellness Hotel & Spa or other guests caused by pets will be assessed by the Hotel Management, and the resulting costs will be charged to the pet owner.

For fire safety reasons, it is prohibited to use heaters, irons, and other electrical devices not forming part of the room equipment in hotel rooms. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for audiovisual and computer devices.
It is not permitted to store hazardous materials in hotel rooms, including weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive, or pyrotechnic materials.
An iron can be borrowed or ironing services can be ordered at the reception.
